Privacy Policy
Effective: October 30, 2026
This policy explains how Polinea ("we") handles information in the Polinea transit app for iPhone, Android and the web (the "App") and on our website, polinea.jp.
1. Information we do not collect
The App does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location (GPS), contacts, photos or device identifiers. There are no user accounts.
2. Information stored only on your device
Your ride records, stamps and souvenir tickets, and settings (language, display, etc.) are stored only on the device you use (in the browser's storage for the web version). 3. Ads and analytics
The App shows no ads and contains no analytics or tracking tools.
4. Delivery of the web version and website
The web version and website are delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Fonts (Google Fonts) and the web version's rendering engine are loaded from Google LLC's network. These providers may receive your IP address and browser type in order to deliver content, under their own privacy policies.
5. If you contact us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply. We do not share them with third parties except as required by law.
6. Children
Because the App collects no personal information, it can be used safely by people of any age.
7. Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new date. If a change expands what we handle (for example, collecting new information), we will also announce it in the App beforehand.
