利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Polinea（以下「私たち」）が提供する乗換案内アプリ「Polinea」（iPhone・Android・ウェブ版。以下「本アプリ」）と公式サイト polinea.jp の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 料金

本アプリは無料です。私たちは非営利で運営しており、利用者から料金を受け取りません。

2. 情報の正確さ

私たちは情報の正確さと本アプリの安定した動作に努めますが、その内容・完全性・有用性を保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用、または利用できなかったことによって生じた損害（乗り遅れ、予定の変更などを含みます）について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

4. 禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為を禁止します。

  1. 本アプリに含まれる時刻表・路線図・路線データ・画像・デザインを、自動的な手段（スクレイピングなど）で取得すること、または複製・転載・再配布・販売すること（各データの提供元のライセンスで認められている範囲を除きます）
  2. 本アプリを解析・改変して、本アプリと同じ・似たサービスを作ること
  3. 本アプリやサーバーに過大な負荷をかけること、または運営を妨げること
  4. 本アプリを利用して、鉄道会社・第三者の権利を侵害すること、法令や公序良俗に反すること
  5. 私たちや本アプリと提携・公認の関係にあるかのように誤解させること

5. 権利

本アプリのプログラム、デザイン、ロゴ「Polinea」、および私たちが作成した路線図・データの権利は、私たち（またはその権利者）に帰属します。本アプリに含まれる第三者のデータ・書体などは、それぞれのライセンスに従います（アプリの「設定」→「データの出典とライセンス」に一覧があります）。鉄道会社の名称・路線名・路線記号は、各社の商標または表示であり、本アプリは鉄道会社の公式アプリではありません。

6. サービスの変更・終了

私たちは、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。

7. 規約の変更

本規約を変更するときは、このページで新しい内容と日付をお知らせします。変更後に本アプリを利用した時点で、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

8. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に従って解釈します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

Effective: October 30, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Polinea transit app for iPhone, Android and the web (the "App") and the website polinea.jp, provided by Polinea ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. The Japanese version prevails if the two versions differ.

1. Price

The App is free. We operate on a non-profit basis and do not charge users.

3. Disclaimer

We strive for accurate information and stable operation, but we do not guarantee the content, completeness or usefulness of the App. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App (including missed trains or changed plans).

4. Prohibited conduct

  1. Collecting the timetables, maps, route data, images or designs in the App by automated means (such as scraping), or copying, republishing, redistributing or selling them (except as permitted by the license of each data source)
  2. Analyzing or modifying the App to build the same or a similar service
  3. Placing excessive load on the App or its servers, or interfering with its operation
  4. Using the App to infringe the rights of railway operators or others, or in violation of law or public order
  5. Implying that you are affiliated with or endorsed by us or the App

5. Rights

Rights to the App's software, design, the "Polinea" logo, and the maps and data we created belong to us (or their respective owners). Third-party data and fonts included in the App are subject to their own licenses (listed in the App under Settings → Data sources and licenses). Railway company names, line names and line symbols are trademarks or designations of their respective operators; the App is not an official app of any railway operator.

6. Changes to or end of the service

We may change, suspend or end the App without prior notice.

7. Changes to these Terms

We will post changes on this page with a new date. Using the App after a change means you agree to the updated Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
